Whether it’s managing field marketing for a billion-dollar Consumer Packaged Goods; outdoor industry brand, designing scalable professional development programs, or streamlining warehouse systems for a nonprofit focused on experiential outdoor leadership for underserved youth — my work is rooted in systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and care for the people doing the work.

I’ve also spearheaded negotiations for and management of large field marketing and operations efforts, coached leaders at all levels — from those stepping into their first leadership role to seasoned executives navigating change — and helped organizations gain clarity and traction around their goals. I bring structure where there’s ambiguity, connect dots across functions, and help teams execute on what matters most.

The trail teaches me the same things my work does: anticipate the terrain, move with intention, and stay grounded — even when it gets technical.
