Where Operations Meet People, and Strategy Meets Execution

I’ve built a career at the intersection of logistics and leadership, bringing operational rigor and a deeply human approach to everything I do.

My focus is on helping teams work better — aligning people, processes, and outcomes.

Whether it’s managing field marketing for a billion-dollar CPG brand, designing scalable professional development programs, or streamlining warehouse systems for a nonprofit focused on experiential outdoor leadership for underserved youth — my work is rooted in systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and care for the people doing the work.

Over the years, I’ve operated in fast-paced environments across education, legal, healthcare, CPG (outdoor industry), and technology sectors. I’ve led high-accountability logistics operations, coordinated cross-functional teams, facilitated leadership experiences that shift culture and performance and developed SOPs that scale. I’ve also spearheaded negotiations for and management of large field marketing and operations efforts, coached leaders at all levels — from those stepping into their first leadership role to seasoned executives navigating change — and helped organizations gain clarity and traction around their goals. I bring structure where there’s ambiguity, connect dots across functions, and help teams execute on what matters most. I have helped organizations gain clarity and traction around their goals. People + Process: The Two Sides of My Work

People Ops and Operational Strategy aren’t separate tracks for me — they’re inextricably linked. Strong operations only work when people are aligned, engaged, and supported. And strong leadership development only sticks when it’s embedded in how an organization operates every day.

I thrive in collaborative environments where I can partner across teams, clarify priorities, and quietly remove friction. I have a knack for communication that gets buy-in from diverse stakeholders and a calm, grounded presence that keeps teams moving forward, even through complexity or change.

Grounded in Nature. Driven by Resilience.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors — mountain biking, hiking, or recharging in the alpine air. My love for the outdoors has shaped how I lead: with grit, adaptability, systems thinking, and a deep respect for resilience — in both nature and people.
The trail teaches me the same things my work does: anticipate the terrain, move with intention, and stay grounded — even when it gets technical.

Where I'm Headed

As I grow into my next chapter, I’m especially energized by the idea of stepping into a Chief of Staff–style role — one that bridges vision and execution, strategy and people, and helps organizations scale with clarity, connection, and momentum.

While that’s the direction I’m ultimately working toward, I’m equally excited about roles that let me deepen my expertise in operations, people systems, or leadership development — especially when they involve cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, and helping teams move from ideas to action.
