Whether it’s managing field marketing for a billion-dollar CPG brand, designing scalable professional development programs, or streamlining warehouse systems for a nonprofit focused on experiential outdoor leadership for underserved youth — my work is rooted in systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and care for the people doing the work.

Over the years, I’ve operated in fast-paced environments across education, legal, healthcare, CPG (outdoor industry), and technology sectors. I’ve led high-accountability logistics operations, coordinated cross-functional teams, facilitated leadership experiences that shift culture and performance and developed SOPs that scale. I’ve also spearheaded negotiations for and management of large field marketing and operations efforts, coached leaders at all levels — from those stepping into their first leadership role to seasoned executives navigating change — and helped organizations gain clarity and traction around their goals.
