Bringing Structure to Complex Work

I’ve built a career working at the intersection of logistics, systems, and leadership — helping organizations coordinate complicated work and operate more effectively.

My focus is on helping teams get complex work done by improving systems, workflows, and coordination across teams.

My Path

My career has taken me through several different environments, but the work has been consistent: coordinating complex efforts, improving systems, and helping teams operate more effectively.

How I Work

Operations and people leadership have never felt like separate tracks to me.

Strong systems only work when people using them are supported and aligned. And leadership development only sticks when it’s embedded in how organizations actually operate.

I do my best work in collaborative environments where I can partner across teams, clarify priorities, and remove friction that slows progress.

Colleagues often describe me as someone who brings structure to complicated situations and helps teams move forward with clarity.

When people and process work together, teams can actually execute.

Life Outside Work

Living in Colorado makes it easy to spend time outside. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me mountain biking, hiking, or exploring trails in the surrounding area.

Being outdoors is where I reset and recharge. It’s also a constant reminder that resilience, preparation, and adaptability matter — lessons that apply just as much to organizations as they do to the backcountry.

Like the trail, meaningful work often requires anticipating what’s ahead, adapting when conditions change, and moving forward with intention.

Looking Ahead

Much of my work has focused on bringing structure to complex environments — building operational systems, improving workflows, and helping teams coordinate their work more effectively.

Going forward, I’m particularly drawn to mission-driven organizations, especially those connected to outdoor access, community programs, or nonprofits working to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

That said, what matters most to me is contributing to organizations doing meaningful work and helping them operate more effectively — building the systems and coordination that allow impactful programs to grow.
