Over the past 15+ years I’ve coordinated large logistics operations, supported leadership programs, and built operational systems for nonprofits and growing organizations.

I’m often drawn to roles where important work is happening but the systems supporting it aren’t fully in place yet. That’s where I tend to do my best work — clarifying ownership, improving workflows, and building the structure that helps teams move forward.
